We believe in providing a happy, calm and stress free environment for your dogs when they are in the salon, for this reason, only the groomer and your dog are present during the groom.

The dog is the priority and we will always adjust the speed of the groom accordingly to cater for individual personalities, even if this means the groom will be spread across two appointments. A happy/calm/stress-free dog always takes precedence over a perfect groom.
