Art Therapy for children, teenagers and their families

At Orange Zebra , our mission is to provide high quality creative therapy to children and teenagers that are struggling with their mental health, or have challenges in their social or emotional development. We can also support parents to improve their relationship with their child through joint parent and child sessions, and can work with the whole family system. 

We support children and teenagers with issues including anxiety, negative thought patterns, low confidence and self esteem, friendship issues, body image challenges, school refusal. Art therapy offers a safe way to process difficult feelings. This type of therapy is inclusive and accessible to everyone including those who might be non verbal, or those who can’t find the words to express a traumatic even they have experienced.
