The New Schedule

This consists of an early start before a lot of people have arrived on site. The restroom areas are checked for supplies, soap, sanitiser toilet rolls, and checked for cleanliness. All this work starts at about 7.30 in the morning. As the day progresses, around 11.30 the restrooms are then cleaned again. We use an on-site cleaning company; Seeking Commercial Cleaning (owned by local business owner Matt Seekings).

Seeking Commercial Cleaning also offer a wide variety of commercial and domestic services ranging from carpet and upholstery cleaning to oven and steam cleaning.

After the lunchtime rush has cleared, the tenant support team check the facilities again making sure everything is in order for the afternoon, ensuring supplies are again topped up and the restrooms maintained to the highest possible standard.

The final clean of the day at the close of business is carried out by our long-established cleaner Carla Shimmen along with Seeking Commercial Cleaning

Carla has been cleaning on-site for many years, and not only covers the restrooms, but also the laboratory and other areas on-site at the Maltings. Carla also has a long history of clients again both domestic and commercial in her portfolio.

To ensure the main restrooms (close to the post room) are in optimal condition for the start of the working week, we will be locking these facilities Saturday at 6PM, providing the opportunity for a deep clean ahead of their Monday 6AM opening.

We aim to always make the site a happy and healthy place for both out tenants and visitors, so if anyone encounters any problems with any restroom, please let us know and we will resolve the problem immediately. We have also placed a plaque in the restrooms with a dedicated telephone number to call if you are not happy with their cleanliness.
